The photographic view of Daniel Everett is empty. His subjects are everyday objects, environments, architecture and abstract scenes, capturing through strange compositions and a kind of fictional beauty. The american artist and photographer based in Provo (Utah) received a BFA in photography from Brigham Young University in 2006 and a MFA in photography from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago in 2009. He spent time working as an art assistant, graphic designer, architectural photographer and digital art archivist. Everett is focussed on photography and contemporary art, his work draws a thin line between sculpture and photography.
The resulting images are familiar, but every time a little bit odd, characterized by a strong atmosphere. Sometimes some colors seems to be wrong, sometimes the images seems to artificial, to perfect. Find more of Daniel's fantastic work on his website.
